Thank you for shopping with Ruth Mary Creations! Each product is handmade with care and customized just for you. Because of the personalized nature of our items, please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
1. All Sales Are Final
Since every order is custom-made, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been processed. Please double-check your order details, including names, colors, and design choices, before confirming your purchase.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
We take pride in the quality of our work, but if your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect due to our error, we will make it right.
To report an issue:
- Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Include photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.
- Email us at [email protected] with your order number and description of the problem.
If we verify that the mistake was ours, we will:
- Send a replacement at no extra cost, or
- Offer a store credit (at our discretion).
3. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your package is handed to the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx), Ruth Mary Creations is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages.
If this happens, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking information.
4. Order Changes & Cancellations
We allow changes or cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order.
After that, materials may already be in production, and changes cannot be made.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Custom tumblers, shirts, and personalized gifts.
- Clearance or sale items.
- Digital downloads or printable designs.
