- Once an order is placed, customization details cannot be changed after 24 hours.
- Please double-check spelling, colors, and design details before submitting your order.
- Turnaround time varies depending on the item and current workload; most orders are processed within 7–14 business days unless otherwise stated.
3. Payments
All payments must be completed at checkout. We accept major credit/debit cards and other approved payment methods shown on our site. Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice.
4. Shipping
- Orders are shipped through standard carriers (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).
- Ruth Mary Creations is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are handed to the carrier.
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct.
5. Refunds and Exchanges
Because each product is made to order, all sales are final.
However, if your item arrives damaged or with an error made by us, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos so we can fix or replace it.
